Lightroom CC desktop app crashes when trying to upload presets

Question

When I press the "presets" button trying to add/download presets for Lightroom the app closes itself and I get an error note that Lightroom closed itself. It has done that every time for the past hour when I've been trying to press it and open the presets folder. I have closed my whole computer for about 5-10 minutes and then opened it up again but it didn't help at all. What should I do? Where the problem/error comes from? I have photos that I need to get edited for my clients so this is kind of an emergency ...

Hi, Katip18,We may need some more info here to try and help you. What are the specs on your machine? Is there any additional information in the error that pops up? Is Lightroom CC up to date? Have you tried any other troubleshooting?
