Lightroom cc not syncing to cloud

Hi I have a problem that none of my photos are synching to the cloud. This is a new account with only a few hundred photos but it seems to have got stuck syncing. I have tried adding a flag to photos and rating them with stars.

If someone could help me with this it would be great as I really want to be able to use this but there is little point in continuing to pay for it if it dosen't work.

Also it takes up my whole internet bandwidth when i try to sync

Yes it’s fine for watching films so I would have thought it should be fine for uploading photos

Do you get an error message? How do you know it has stopped syncing? Can you share a screen capture of what you see?

No no errors just syncing to the cloud never completes

One image synced on the 11 th Jan but none since then despite multiple attempts

What do you mean by mulitple attempts? What exactly are you doing to attempt the sync? Can you post a screen capture of what you see?

The sync status of each photo remains as uploading and the blue icon in the bottom right of each thumbnail never goes to a tick to say it is synced.

I have the same problem and oddly enough started yesterday too (18/01/2020) i have the latest version of lightroom cc it synced the first 20 photos no problem then stopped with 157 still to sync to the cloud the wheel is spinnning but nothing is syncing anymore, I have plenty of storage so its not that, I have plenty of broadband width and never had a problem with that ive shut down and restarted my computer 5 times and still it wont sync its now the 19/01/2020 and still its not syncing the photos dispite the blue circle rotating would really love to know how to resolve this this is the system info from LR
