Lightroom CC only shows spinning icon and does not show library anymore: Corrupt database

I was synching my photos, when my Macbook ran out of battery.

It hibernated and started again with power attached.

Now Lightroom is stuck with the progress spinner and does not show my library anymore.

RackMultipart20171025-119064-15ju2y2-lightroom-cc-stuck_inline.png?1508909548

This really does not build confidence of being able to trust all my pictures with a new product in Version 1.0, when after the 3rd day of usage I'm unable to access any of my images!

Here are some logs from Console:

Also, what is the proper way of filing a technical bug report for Adobe products?

If I run an integrity check on the database, it also shows issues:

$ sqlite3 Managed\ Catalog.mcat "PRAGMA integrity_check"

I have the same issue.  Application just spins and spins and never loads.  I have tried every single trouble-shooting tip I can find and nothing works.  I've even tried installing Lightroom CC on another machine and got the same behavior.  I even setup a brand new Adobe ID to start with a completely fresh database, and still the same behavior!  I am using a Mac on High Sierra.  Maybe Lightroom CC is just not compatible with High Sierra?

I'm not on High Sierra yet, but still had this issue.

Meanwhile I tried to restore a backup of my catalogue but could not get a revision that would work. So for now I ended up deleting my entire catalogue and migrating all photos again.

kellyl70933555 When I have had this before, I have had success by signing out of the app and then out of the 'red' Creative Cloud app, then signing back in and finally signing back into Lightroom CC.
