Lightroom CC: Original RAW Files to New Computer

Hello,

I start subscribing Lightroom CC (1TB) plan in 2020. I imported some photos (RAW files) using my old computer.

Recently I want to migrate everything to my new computer. I installed LRCC on the new PC and I see the photos show up.  

Do I still need to move the original RAW files from old PC to new PC? Do I need to have LRCC (new PC) "link" to these RAW files at the new PC directory?

Does it do any harm if I delete the RAW files from the old PC?
