Question

Lightroom CC touch support on Windows Surface

Hi,

I have been using the desktop version of Lightroom CC and the iPad version. When I want to do some quick edits, I find the iPad version much faster as I can use the touch interface easily on the iPad.

I have a Windows Surface device, which can also be used as a tablet. I am wondering whether Lightroom CC has a "touch mode" on Windows, where I can get an interface similar to the iPad version? This would be really helpful when I don't want to use a keyboard and mouse and can just pick up the device and edit.

Does such a mode exist? I have googled around for the answer and saw that Lightroom Classic CC seems to have a touch mode, so I find it strange that Lightroom CC, which is a modern app, would lack it.

Any help is much appreciated!

Discussion successfully moved from Adobe Creative Cloud to Lightroom — The cloud-based photo service

You may try lightroom.adobe.com in a browser. I do not know if that helps out.

The problem and advantage of a Windows tablet is that you can use the real apps so most software manufacturer do not care to create a special interface for Windows.
