Lightroom Classic -> Lightroom CC migration failed, in broken state?

Followed Migrate photos and videos from Lightroom Classic CC to Lightroom CC

Walked through common errors at Possible errors | Migrating photos to Lightroom CC

Was running Lightroom Classic CC 8.1 and Lightroom CC 2.1.1

I can't find the import log to give the exact error message.

I had 3 photos missing original media and 230 (or so) having metadata conflicts - no biggie.

After the entire import process ran, it then said 62000 assets where NOT migrated, looking at the log, it complained something about missing crop dimensions?...

Anyway, I can't find the log, and I can't run the import process again (i did try cloning the LRCAT file and re-import, but no dice).

I have unique content in my Creative Cloud store, so I can't blow away the complete cloud thing to start over.

I can't run the import again.

Is there anyway to either recover the log, clone my collection to run it again, or debug what the issue is.

(PS: not super happy that I couldn't get any chat or phone support, given that I have a full creative cloud subscription (all apps) and 1TB of storage account... with a $70/mo bill, I would have liked to get some support... )

This is the simplest option you have on your hands to retry migration..

    - Turn off 'Sync with Creative Cloud' (top right cloud icon)

    - Close Lightroom CC

    - Move/Rename 'Lightroom Library.lrlibrary' from your 'Pictures' folder to somewhere else. (as a backup)

       - Your assets are safe on the Cloud - Moving/Deleting the lrlibrary file does not affect them.

    - Re-Launch Lightroom CC - you should see an empty Library if you switched off 'Sync' before closing.

    - Attempt the Migration again (with 'Sync' off)

    - Once Migration completes, turn on 'Sync' - it'll download your assets from the Cloud and upload newly migrated assets to the Cloud as well.

    - Select the previously Migrated album - Select All Assets in that Album and 'Delete' them to get rid of duplicates from the previous Migration.

    - If everything goes well, you can trash your backup lrlibrary package

FYI, you can find the migration logs in

    /Users/<username>/Pictures/Lightroom Library.lrlibrary/migration/lrcat

Please share the logs with us so we can figure out what might have gone wrong.

There is no "Lightroom Library.lrlibrary" file or directory on my machine. I also can't find any folder named "migration" anywhere on the machine...

would uninstalling Lightroom CC and reinstalling work to reset this?

Also, for "turn off sync", the only option i see is to "pause" the sync.

If it matters, this is all on a Windows PC (I have Mac and iOS also, but my main photo machine is PC)

I uninstalled Lightroom CC, and attempting migrate still gave me the error "you already imported this library"
