Lightroom Cloud Continually Crashing

I'm having issues with Lightroom continually crashing. I will get a few photos edited, and then in the middle of creating a filter or adjusting one, it crashes.  I'm going through a client gallery with a few thousand images, and it has probably crashed 50 times in the last 2 days.  I've made sure the app is updated, I've also gone through the restart/uninstall app/restart/reinstall app/restart procedure, no change.

I'm using windows 11 64 bit, and my desktop usually has plenty of capability to handle the combination of photoshop and lightroom cloud that is my standard workflow.  Seems to have just started happening with the latest update of Lightroom.

If anyone can help, I would be appreciative, I'm pulling my hair out over here with the constant crashes. It does not show an error code or anything, it just unexpectedly closes the program.

Thank you

Hey, @freshcoastexposures. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.

In Lightroom, without opening edit tools, go to Help > System Info > Copy & paste the content of this window in a response here.

Is there a crash report when Lightroom crashes? Please submit the crash reports to us: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/submit-crash-reports.html

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor > Set it off if it is on Custom or Auto. If this shows you any differences, please check this article to troubleshoot further: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/troubleshoot-gpu.html

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Hello,

I haven't been able to find any resolution for this problem. Lightroom has just issued a new software update, which I've installed, but the problem is still persisting.  I'll be editing a photo, and it will unexpectedly freeze, then shut down the program with no error code or any message.  I tried replying to Sameer below, but got an auto response that his inbox was full so I am posting here again in case someone might be able to offer some additional advice as that did not work.  I'm not sure why the response was marked correct answer.  Thank you to anyone with any ideas or feedback.

I am also having this same issue since the latest update. Have 32gb ram, RX6700XT 12gb GPU and AMD Ryzen 7 CPU (more than enough) system and can't even get through a few pictures before it crashes. Like OP, I have gone through all the steps mentioned above and per Adobe's troubleshooting guidelines and still no fix.
