Hello,
I got an email to say "since [I] haven't subscribed to lightroom in over a year, [my] entire catalog... will be permanently deleted in 30 days."
This confused me because as you can see below, I have an active lightroom subscription and have had it for years. I use lightroom on my iPad.
I tried using live chat to connect with an agent but it wouldn't put me through to anyone because apparently my account doesn't have a plan attached to it, so I'm coming here in hopes somebody can fix this mess for me.
I have hundreds of photos that I do not want to lose, and I can't understand why I've received this email when I have a subscription, or why this clearly isnt detected on my account!!

I would guess that the email you got was for a different Adobe account set up with an email address of yours other than the one being used by your 'active' use of Lightroom. Maybe an old test account. Was there any clue on the email you can use to ascertain the account name you are being warned about? If not, compare the email addres that the warning was sent to with the email address on your active Adobe account.

Hi @eannam44068863, Thank you for reaching out! I checked the email account associated with this community profile and saw a subscription, but that was cancelled a few years ago. Could you please privately message me your Adobe email ID with the active subscription?
Thanks a bunch!
