Lightroom Cloud frozen

I can't import more than one image at a time 

It freezes when i try to edit anything

Takes eternity to export the edited images

It has done an update - lightroom and adobe at its latest version

Windows 11 new computer

i have many wedding photos to edit, i need help urgently!
