Lightroom cloud storage issue

New Here ,
Aug 02, 2021 Aug 02, 2021

I have Lightroom with 20GB of cloud storage, I only have 30 photos loaded into my Lightroom application but it says my storage is full. I deleted all photos from other albums and from the recently deleted as well. I don't use any other application and I searched everywhere if there is hidden photos taking up storage but there isn't.

Anyone know why and how to fix it?

The Creative Cloud app also creates a local folder called "Creative Cloud Files". This is a Dropbox-like folder, that syncs to the cloud. Did you place anything in that folder, perhaps?

I don't understand. How can you have 'just downloaded creative cloud' if you have a Photography plan subscription? You can't run apps in any Adobe subscription plan without having the CC app to manage it.
