Hi there,

 

Sorry that you cannot use Lightroom Desktop as it fails to sign in to Creative Cloud. 

 

Would you mind sharing the version of Lightroom you're using along with your computer's operating system?

 

Does it help if you sign out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app and Lightroom Desktop, restart your computer and then check? 

 

If that does not help, checkout the steps mentioned in this article https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/account-password-sign-help.html and let us know if how it goes.
