Lightroom Desktop: Error "Failed to sign in to Creative Cloud"

не могу зайти в Lightroom. Раньше все работало, а теперь выдает вот такую ошибку

Hi there,

 

Sorry that you cannot use Lightroom Desktop as it fails to sign in to Creative Cloud. 

 

Would you mind sharing the version of Lightroom you're using along with your computer's operating system?

 

Does it help if you sign out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app and Lightroom Desktop, restart your computer and then check?
