After installing Lightroom CC on macbook pro 14 Ventura 13.0.1 I can't run app (is installed according to list on Adobe CC) there is no lightroom files at all (running as Intel showing error window: "File not found"). I used Adobe Cleaner alredy, updated macOS, other apps from Adobe CC are working.

Instalization proces for Lightroom CC is to fast it skips form 1 to 99% immedietly.

@Gnomistoteles

you have a different problem (error 130), and were confounding the other thread, so continue here.

first, there are known issues with ventura and some adobe apps (inluding the lightooms) - https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/macos-ventura-compatability-common-issues.html

second, someone's going to need to check your computer. use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Yes... but description suits precisely what Konrad typed:

"Issue:

  • Lightroom Version Number:  6 cc and 5.5cc
  • OS Version Number:  MacOs 13.0.1 for Applce Silicon

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install Creative Cloud
  2. Press 'Install' next to Lightroom cc
  3. Wait untill finish
  4.  Press 'Open'
  5.  Nothing happend
  6.  Notice that Lightroom is not installed in filesystem (cmd + space, App dir)

Expected result: Application should be installed and be able to start
Actual result: Application cannot start and also it is not installed properly (there is no lightroom cc on Application directory).

Other apps like Lightroom Classic, Premiere etc works as expected. I tried to sing out and sign in and also I used Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Nothing works.

What's more, when I click 'Open(Intel)', I received 'File not found' finder error"

I'm curious, if Konrad look for log File there will be same error?

it would just confirm that i'd posted the correct solution.  ie, for error 130, a complete reinstall after cleaning is recommended.

because you said that failed for you, someone needs to check your computer to see why that failed.  ie, there's something on your computer that's not being removed by the cleaner that needs to be removed before reinstalling.

Not really helpful but thanks. I will wait till some resolve appear in others issues linked to this problem. Meantime I will do my best to find solution.

p.s. i found few error 130 solutions and did steps to resolve it but still nothing worked ex: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/install-rolls-back-error-130.html

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error130

If resolving problems limits to reinstalation advicing I must say is dissapointing.
