After installing Lightroom CC on macbook pro 14 Ventura 13.0.1 I can't run app (is installed according to list on Adobe CC) there is no lightroom files at all (running as Intel showing error window: "File not found"). I used Adobe Cleaner alredy, updated macOS, other apps from Adobe CC are working.

Instalization proces for Lightroom CC is to fast it skips form 1 to 99% immedietly.

Not really helpful but thanks. I will wait till some resolve appear in others issues linked to this problem. Meantime I will do my best to find solution.

p.s. i found few error 130 solutions and did steps to resolve it but still nothing worked ex: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/install-rolls-back-error-130.html

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error130

If resolving problems limits to reinstalation advicing I must say is dissapointing.

There are some problems with some languages versions. I went to preferences and choose default language as English. Instalization after this is succesfull

it would just confirm that i'd posted the correct solution.  ie, for error 130, a complete reinstall after cleaning is recommended.

because you said that failed for you, someone needs to check your computer to see why that failed.  ie, there's something on your computer that's not being removed by the cleaner that needs to be removed before reinstalling.
