Can you add watermarks to your photos when exporting in Lightroom ecosystem or is this feature only available by dowloading Lightroom Classic?

Yes.  v6.4  allows Watermarks when you do a "Custom" Export.-

Check the option, and click on the 'Cog Wheel' for the Watermark options.
