Lightroom Education Subscription loss

After using the Lightroom under Duke University subscription for over a year, my access was abrubtly terminated this week. And Lr was also no longer exhibited on my subscription plan. 

This made me unable to access my 100GB+ cache of files on Creative Cloud, which was generated via Lr in the previous years and no longer available for downloading.

    I would recommend contacting the university for resolution, as they were the license holder for your account. If they can restore access to you it would be possible to transfer your assets to a new private subscription.

    I've been actively contacting with the school IT resources. But if my institution chose to discontinue the Lr subscription , is there anyway that I can retrieve my files on the Creative Cloud?
