Hi,

I have uninstalled and redownloaded lightroom several times and can't seem to get my application to open. I also tried downloading older versions to hopefully fix this issue, but I keep running into the same error. Are there any other solutions on how I can get this problem resolved?

Hi @Rodescu28718084c4ro ,

Thanks for reaching out. We're here to help.

A few quick questions: Which version of Lightroom and Windows are you using on your Desktop? What type of subscription do you have?

Have you tried using an alternate network connection?

Sign out and Sign-in back if not done yet.

Please check the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/unable-to-reach-adobe-servers.html.

Hi @Ranjisha Sengupta,

I have a MacBook Pro—a late 2020 computer. I have the latest lightroom version, and my subscription is through school.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program and signing in and out. No luck. All my other programs still work, and I can access lightroom on my mobile device. Just randomly, my lightroom on my computer won’t allow me access.

In your original post you indicated that you could not launch the application. In your second post you wrote "Just randomly, my lightroom on my computer won’t allow me access", which suggests the issue is network related. Can you clarify the exact nature of your issue. Screenshots of any dialogs/alerts displayed when issue occurs would also be helpful.

Hi @Ranjisha Sengupta. I still can not log into lightroom on my MacBook. Is there a customer service number I can call to help with this situation?
