lightroom est ralenti ++++

Bonjour, j'ai un problème de lenteur sur l'application de bureau Lightroom. En effet, depuis ce matin, je n'arrive pas à travailler sur mes photos comme avant (5 à 10 sec pour charger un filtre basique). J'utilise la version 7.1.2 MacBook Pro 2021, puce Apple M1 Pro, ram 16GB

Tout marchait bien jusqu'à aujourd'hui, j'ai réinstallé l'app, vider 4k photos (1.3k restantes dans mes projets). Le % processeur monte à 800% dès que j'affectue une action.

J'ai besoin de votre aide rapidement il ns'agit de mon outil de travail svp 😀
