Lightroom for iPad cannot use premium features after in-app purchase
Hi,
I am using the latest Lightroom for iPad in my iPad pro iPadOS15.
And I have subscribed the lightroom premium features in appstore, but when I use one of them, the lightroom just tells me that I need to upgrade premium.
While I follow the upgrade procedure, the lightroom tells me that I already have a subscription.
I've tried everything I can do:
- double check the Adobe ID account and Apple ID (the same email address)
- recover purchase (no purchase is recovered)
- unsubscribe and re-subscribe
- log-out and log-in (lightroom account and apple id)
- reboot the iPad
But none of this helps.
