Lightroom for iPad cannot use premium features after in-app purchase

Hi,

I am using the latest Lightroom for iPad in my iPad pro iPadOS15.

And I have subscribed the lightroom premium features in appstore, but when I use one of them, the lightroom just tells me that I need to upgrade premium.

While I follow the upgrade procedure, the lightroom tells me that I already have a subscription.

I've tried everything I can do:

  • double check the Adobe ID account and Apple ID (the same email address)
  • recover purchase (no purchase is recovered)
  • unsubscribe and re-subscribe
  • log-out and log-in (lightroom account and apple id)
  • reboot the iPad

But none of this helps.

I hope someone can help me with this! Appreciate!

Thanks a lot!

With your message, I finally figure out what is the problem.

I firstly sign up the lightroom with google account and purchased premium with apple, but 'sign up with google' is no longer available in my iPad, so I switch to sign up with apple. However, the apple uses a different email for me. That's the problem!
