Lightroom getting slower over time on Mac M1 Studio Max 32gpu (Memory Leak?)

Lightroom grows continually slower on my new mac studio. I talk about Lightroom CC not Classic. After working on some photos it gets slower and slower to respond, not super slow but button clicking and reaction not instant, like in the beginning.

This is a fresh install with newest Lightroom version, GPU Acceleration is on, tested with off, was horrible. 

So for me at least the memory leak is not fixed, as when I check the memory usage it is continually growing.
