Dear team,
I'm using one plus 11r with Android 13 and light room app version 8.5.2.
When I try to launch camera from the app, it doesn't open. It shows black screen with camera icon on it. And i have tried the following:
1. Clear the cache and data
2. Verified the camera permission.
3. Restarted the phone.
After all of this, same issue.

Hey, @Balasubramani32337808jybl. I've tried this on a OnePlus 11 & 11R, and both worked normally
You've tried some troubleshooting steps. Try this:
1 - Set up a guest user account in your device settings.
2 - Install Lightroom in the new guest account & check how it goes.
If this still does not work, please record your screen & share the video with us. Thanks!
