Lightroom iPad T20200915 error. Unable to load photos.

I am unable to load my photos on light room iPad due to the error code t20200915. Photos work fine on phone.

Thanks for these additional details.  This issue is uncommon, so the team needs time to try to understand this and come up with a solution.  I have no estimate for when that will happen, but will follow up as soon as new info comes up.


Hi Charlie,

I found a fix. I reset my network settings on my iPad. When updating to iOS
17, there must have been something that changed or was restricting.
Everything in the settings looked normal, so still strange. But the web
version was working fine on the iPad. Once I reset network settings and
logged out, restarted it worked again. Still not sure why I got the error
in the first place.

Please try signing out and then signing back in again.  If that doesn't solve the problem, does it help to reinstall the app?

Can you clarify where exactly you reset network settings: in iOS Settings, or in the LR app Settings?
