Which version of Lightroom are you using? What type of file are you working with? Did the issue start after the Windows 11 update?
Go to Lightroom's Preferences > Performance, uncheck Use Graphics Processor, and restart Lightroom.
If you are on Lightroom Classic: You can try to reset the preferences of Lightroom using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2JSym5e.
Please back up your presets prior to resetting the preferences.
