Lightroom is not launching in Windows

Hallo, LC lässt sich nicht öffnen, keine Rückmeldung, Laptop runtergefahren, Updates sind aktuell. Was kann ich tun? Brauche dringend LR!

Sorry to hear about the trouble with Lightroom. We're here to help.

What happens when you try to launch Lightroom? Could you please share the version of Lightroom (Help > About Lightroom) and the version of Windows on your computer? Do you see any error messages? Since when are you noticing this issue?

Sign out from the Creative Cloud desktop app and sign back in. You can try resetting Lightroom's preferences using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2JSym5e.

Please backup your presets prior to resetting the preferences.

Hi

thank you for your email. I wanted to reply over my email-adress but your mailbox is full and I can't send it to you directely.

The problem started today. I haven't been to Lr for a few weeks. I can't open "help via Lr" because the blue wheel is always spinning. I have Windows 10. The error is" no response". Do I have to deinstall Lr and install again? I am an old lady and I do not really know if I'm able to do so.
