Lightroom mobile app clone stamp

Issue occured since the latest update I did today for the phone app. Clone stamp tool will not remove objects anymore and will paint over objects with partial opacity but objects can still be seen. Note I have opacity set to 100% and I have changed all the feather and flow options and the clone stamp tool still won't work. Pre update I had no issues clone stamping to remove objects. Post update I use the exact same settings and it does not work. Furthermore, spot healing has the same issue. It appears the latest update has disrupted the healing tools from not working properly. I have already tried troubleshooting this and believe this requires a patch to fix this issue.
