I haven't been able to find a way to contact Adobe Support through the Contact Us link and hope the community can help here. (https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/contact.html)
(1) I am new to Lightroom and had installed the Lightroom Photo & Video Editor app. Prior to installing, I checked the list of In-App purchases available as follows:
I had hoped to subscribe to the "Premium Yearly 40GB" as I am new to this and don't want to commit to a 100GB plan yet. It seems that the app, once installed, only allows me to select one of these: "Premium yearly 100GB" and "Premium Monthly 100GB". Is this expected or is there a way I can change my plan to the 40GB one? (Based in Canada, iOS)
(2) What is the difference between the "Lightroom Photo & Video Editor" available on iPhones vs. "Adobe Lightroom" available on Mac?

Plans currently offered via mobile app store subscription, like yours, provide access on all iOS and Android tablets, plus the web app in any browser at https://lightroom.adobe.com/ Lightroom for Mac or Windows is not included in your mobile-only subscription. If you also need Lightroom on the desktop, you'd want to cancel your mobile subcription and look at one of these plans that provdes service on all platforms/devices: https://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-lightroom/compare-plans.html

In regards to the price you were offered vs what is shown in the app listing, different plans & prices are offered in different regions. The 40 GB plan at a reduced price, if not offered to you at the time of purchase, is not offered in your region (Canada) at this time. We apologize for any confusion this has caused. There is currently no way for Adobe to alter the listing to display only the plans that are relevant to you/your region.
