Lightroom Mobile app

 The attached photo is what I get after trying to open the mobile version of Lightroom I downloaded on to my mobile phone (Samsung 25Ultra). The photo show an anitmated version of how to remove unwanted object from your photo but, other than that, it does nothing Does not even open. Any suggestion as to why it does not open and work? I do have a paid subcribtion.

Hi @Ed0D4B, Welcome to the Lightroom Community.

 

I checked the issue you were facing and i can see this issue is happening because of increase in the device font size.

Could you please check once by reducing your device Font size and let me know how it goes.

Hey, @Ed0D4B. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I checked your account and found an active subscription. 

 

Log on to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3xdotLH) and check for all the images synced and uploaded to the cloud. Once everything is backed up to the cloud, try reinstalling Lightroom from the Galaxy Store or PlayStore, and let me know how it goes.
