Lightroom Mobile - Cannot access Premium Features

Hola!!! Me he cambiado el iphone y estoy pagando de hace años el lightroom i con el nuevo iphone no puedo utilizar el lightroom premium! Como puedo hacerlo? Estoy pagando cada mes sin poder urilizarlo!!! Alguien me puede ayudar?

This account you used to message us has no paid subscription history for Lightroom or any Adobe app. Any active plan you own must be under a different email address. I recommend trying to sign into Lightroom with other email addresses you may have previously used.
