Lightroom Mobile Crashing

New Here ,
Oct 22, 2024 Oct 22, 2024

I do not own a computer so I rely on lightroom mobile for everything.. As of October, I am no longer able to download any photos or video from the app. It crashes every single time. Unfortunately thanks to Canon's new files, lightroom is the only app that will read these files to where I can download them since I cannot back them up to anything else. I've cleared my cache and restarted my phone multiple times.

Is there a way to fix this? And does anyone also know how to get ahold of Adobe since they don't actually have tech support when it comes to the mobile app? It seems you cannot upgrade your storage limit even as a premium user if you are using the mobile app. Google also does not allow you to sign in either.

Hi @lilith_9429,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Could you please let us know when the app is crashing—during editing or while launching? If possible, it would be really helpful if you could launch the app and share the diagnostic logs with us. You can follow the steps in this guide to generate and share the logs: https://adobe.ly/4fhXRtp;

Additionally, could you share more details about any errors you’re encountering while upgrading or signing in? A screenshot or screen recording would help us troubleshoot the issue more effectively.

We're here to help, and I appreciate your patience while we work through this together!

Best regards,
Ritika
