I used to be able to select the lens I'm using from a drop down menu but recently found this option is gone

im using a Samyang 14mm manual focus lens so it doesn't communicate with the camera at all

am I missing something or has the option on mobile actually gone now

It is strange yes, although the different platforms do get features at slightly different times.

You may be correct, the Android User Guide seems to suggest uou can manually select lenses:

Well that's interesting that it would be available on Android but not iOS

Can't think of any reason it shouldn't be available to iOS users too

Are you sure you could pick a profile from a list in Lightroom Mobile? AFAIK, Lightroom Mobile only has an 'Enable Lens Corrections' switch. Lightroom Classic has such a profiles list, however.

Yeah I remember being able to search through as my old tamron 19-35mm wasn't on the list and the closest I could find on the list was the 17-35mm

But that was Lightroom mobile in android so maybe different 🤷‍♂
