Since a week or so my photos wont import. Occasionally it will apear much later, but that only happened once.

I tried it with a card reader (Raw) and from the photo library.

did a re-install and phone restart but that didn't help. I'm getting a bit frustrated as I just can't use the mobile workflow at all.

Is there any support on this? Basically my whole workflow became useless. I guess I should start trying out other tools if there is no resolution.

Hello Julien.... before we offer advice please help us to help you by stating your system - phone, OS version, how much storage available on the phone and cloud, Lightroom version and your workflow. The type of files you are trying to import and how....

thank you

Hi!

iPhone 14 Pro

v: 17.0.3

cloud is full but I want them local anyway (cleaning up the cloud)

Local storage is ample

either via SD reader or via photo library (DNG from Leica camera)

I did flush the cache and then it worked, but the next day it stopped working again. I don't have this issue on my iPad

Hi,

so flushing the cache seems to work, but I have to do it every time and its unreliable. Is there any other way to get support or is this forum the only way?

If you haven't already, it may be worth checking under:

iOS Settings / Lightroom / Photos / allow access to All Photos

iOS Settings / Privacy and Security / Photos / Lightroom / allow access to All Photos

iOS Settings / Privacy and Security / Files and Folders / ensure Lightroom in ON
