Just subscribed to LR mobile premium on my iPad and it is working great including 100gb of storage.
what is not working and is driving me crazy is that the 100gb is not showing in any other part of the adobe cloud echo system, like the creative cloud app which shows 2gb. I could live with this, but what is driving me nuts is that the LR files I am creating and using are consuming my 2gb of storage so now acrobat will not save to the cloud.
I would expect that either there is one cloud and it all works together or if they are sperate then keep them separate.
having been bounced around chat support this morning the best adobe support could come up with is to use different adobe ids for LR mobile and everything else!
am I doing something wrong or is this a bug/feature issue?

Hi Louis,
Thanks for reaching out. This is a user-to-user forum, and your question is related to your account & subscriptions.
Your understanding & expectations are correct. The files stored in any of the following locations (except Adobe Spark) count together towards your total cloud storage.
I could locate Lightroom Mobile Premium, which only unlocks the premium features & does not have additional storage.
You mentioned having a Creative Cloud 100 GB subscription too. Do you have other email accounts? You can share any other email with me via direct message only. Please do not post it here.
Our team can help you have both of the plans on one account so that you don't have to log out & log in to change profiles & save time.
We hope to hear from you soon,
Thanks!

I must clarify Lightroom cloud storage use for Lightroom Mobile subscribers...
Your Lightroom Mobile subscription does not share cloud storage with any free or paid Creative Cloud app or plan. So, the free 2 GB storage you use for Acrobat or other Creative Cloud apps is not impacted by your Lightroom Mobile subscription. Your Lightroom Mobile subscription will only use the 100 GB of Lightroom cloud storage, leaving the Creative Cloud 2GB storage space for your other apps.
Desktop subscriptions can behave differently, in that they can share a combined storage amount when you have multiple desktop plans. But that doesn't seem to reflect your situation here. Again, for the LR Mobile Premium plans I see for your forums ID you need not worry about Lightroom Mobile consuming cloud storage space you'd like to reserve for Acrobat.
This page page more information about checking your CC storage available: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/file-storage-quota.html
I'm sorry that Support chat did not clarify this, but really reaching out to Support is the best option if you have remaining questions.

I understand what you say but that is not what the app says, when you subscribe to Lightroom mobile it says 100gb of cloud storage and it is definitely not being kept separate from my 2gb free acrobat storage and having spent more than a hr being bounced around support I got no help at all, if somebody in adobe who understands how this works and wants to engage I would be grateful and delighted.
