Lightroom mobile premium not working (I have a full Creative Cloud subscription)

I have a student creative cloud subscription but premium features are not working on my Lightroom mobile app. I made sure I am logged in with the right email and I tried the "restaurar compra" (restore subscription) option but it says it's expired. 

How do I fix it?

Your subscription is managed by an institution.  You will need to contact your institution's Adobe Administrator to review your account settings to see if is possible to enable your Premium Features on Lightroom for mobile.
