I purchased the Lightroom Mobile Premium subscription (in-app purchase) but app says my subscription is expired and I don’t have access to creative cloud storage or selective gradients. When I try to renew subscription app says I’m already subscribed.
I have contacted Adobe via live chat and they said it was an iTunes billing issue as they have not received payment for my subscription but they seemed to not know much about the service as they kept offering that I subscribe to the Lightroom $9.99/month plan for desktop. I then contacted Apple and they assured me that it is an issue on the developers end.
I have been dealing with this issue for several weeks with no resolution. It is very frustrating because it worked perfectly the first month of my subscription but after the auto renewal I began to have these issues. Since then I cancelled my subscription and re-subscribed and the issue still exists. Please help

Hello - I have the same problem as listed above...subscription is active but unfortunately nothing works (tried the steps listed above - signing out from Apple ID, retrying purchase, signing in again, restoring purchase - nothing, sadly

Same in here, I tried the all steps except for the “restoring purchase” because I can’t find it. I can edit the pictures that where already there, but can’t import new pictures to the app. It has been like that for more than 1 week now. Hope you can help me.

I have the same problem, contacted Apple already and they told me everything is ok with the payment, the issue is In the lightroom app, I have important photos to edit and can’t wait so much... how can we solve this?

I’ve also tried signing in and signing out with both Apple ID and my Lightroom Acct and then restore purchases but haven’t had any success. Any other advice?

I have the same problem I think. I purchased yesterday subscription through iTunes and the premium features are not active. Tried logging out logging in. Downloading app again. Signing out and in no luck. If I press upgrade again it says I am upgraded and rear screen says we are not able to complete at the moment.
Any ideas. Based on this I do not want to cancel and resubscribe as I will lose another months money

I also have the same problem—purchased via iTunes subscription, but not showing up as paid in Lightroom. Logging in and out of either light room or Apple ID doesn’t solve anything. Seems Adobe’s intervention is necessary here, can somebody from Adobe fix me too? Thanks!

Hi Greule I am having the same problem! I tried undownloading and redownloading the app and went into Apple earlier and am still having problems. I tried to restore purchases but I just get the spinning wheel forever and nothing is ever restored

Hi I have the same problem. paid it via iTunes and reflected that my subscription will expire in less than a months time from now. Can you please help me fix this? My credit card already showed the payment has been processed but my account in LR mobile is still expired.

Glad that it's working now. When we provide the permanent fix with the next update (version 3.2.1 coming soon) it could be that you need to run a "Restore Purchases" once the iOS subscription renew appears . But with that you should be finally set.

Just checked the server-side of your account and are you sure that you are signed in with the adobe-id you posted. Entitlement is correctly set. Just open up the Lr Mobile settings via the top left Lr-icon and navigate in to the first account entry and re-sign-in with your adobe-id...demi....@yahoo.com
