Lightroom Mobile Presets

I recently upgraded my iPhone and when I redownloded and signed into my Lightroom app, all my photos and presets disappeared. I am less worried about the photos and more concerned with the presets. Is there any way to get the presets back?

Sorry that your images and presets from Lightroom mobile app have disappeared after you upgraded your iPhone.

Would i be able to get my presets there too? That is what I am more concerned about.

When you work with Lr as a free customer it's crutial to not re-install the app. Otherwise you will loose the data, since nothing was stored in the Lr cloud. When you update to a new phone you should restore your phone from a back-up of your previous phone version. With that you will transfer+preserve the Lr data. Hope this helps, - Guido/ Lr Mobile QE

This is exact issue I am having also. Can you explain more about how to get the back up of a previous phone version? When I look in the about part of the settings page, both phones are showing the same version, so I'm not sure how to fix this.  I appreciate any help!
