Lightroom not keeping modifications

Hi All

I uploaded new DNG files created with Leica Q2 in LR through IPAD. With some images I make changes in temperature amd tone, I see the changes but then I move to another image and if I go back to the previous one I need to remake the changes (or I need to touch the tone slider so that LR actually shows the modifications made: for example I insert plus 24 but LR shows the image without the change in tone, then I move the slider I go back to 24 and it shows the new tone but then I move to another shot and when I go back I need to retouch the tone slider...). 

Or I see the changes correctly when I open the photo but in the little icon I see a different tone...)

did anyone experience something similar? Any suggestion?
