Lightroom not showing any photos

Hey guys! So I use Lightroom pretty consistently on different devices like my phone, tablet, and home computer, have always been able to edit on one device and then continue on a different one. But for some reason, my editing laptop (used for video editing on Premiere Pro) cannot show any of my photos that I've imported, nor show any of the photos I have edited in the past. Here is a screenshot of what shows up when I first load up Lightroom. Anything could help!

Side Note: I've updated to the latest version of Lightroom, as well as updated my laptop's graphics card, restarted my laptop, and updated my laptop still. Nothing has worked.
