Lightroom on Mac has been syncing for 2 weeks

I uploaded photos from my camera to Lightroom, it has been trying to sync for over 2 weeks now. I cannot quit the app, it says my lightroom is up to date online, it will not sync to the cloud. I cannot access any of my photos, I just see a rotating loading circle... 

I have no idea what to do, with no support services available for just holding lightroom and mobile premium membership.

Can you identify the photos that are stuck? Try changing the metadata on one e.g. add a keyword or make an edit. That might trigger sync.
