Lightroom on new laptop

Hello.

 

Im currently using Lightroom on my stationary pc. Im lookin to buy the a new laptop:
ASUS Vivobook model S5507QA-MA049W. From what I understood this runs windows arm64.

 

Can I transfer my currently active lightroom from my pc to this new laptop. Will is work on the arm64 platform?

Quick question: are you using Lightroom Desktop (Lr icon) or Lightroom Classic (LrC icon)? Just asking because it makes a difference on Windows ARM devices.


Lightroom Desktop runs natively on ARM, so it’s generally smoother. Lightroom Classic, on the other hand, runs through emulation, which can cause some limitations. If you're curious, here's a link with more info on known issues:
