Lightroom on pc wont run

I can't seem to get my lightroom to open on my PC. I've uninstalled and re- installed. I even tried installing classic and it won't open either... The apps are up to date, I'm paid up, and my PC is fairly new and up to date... help! (Oh! and my photoshop opens just fine)

Could you share a few more details about what’s happening? For example, are you seeing an error message when trying to open Lightroom? How are you installing the apps, through Creative Cloud? It would also help to know your machine specs, like your graphics card, whether you’re on a laptop or desktop, if your drivers are up to date, and which version of Windows you’re using.

No error message, just the "busy" icon for a second and then nothing. I am installing through the cloud. I have a laptop, windows 11, I have a 128mb intel graphics card. 16gb ram, 12th gen intel I7 processor.
