lightroom on web

Hello Im writing because as of today I cant use lightroom web, it says I need to subscribe, but I have a subscribtion, help please. thank you

 

and yes Im clicking on the option to restore but still nothing

Is your subscription under a different email or Adobe ID?

Hello no its not under differen email or Apple ID, it was working fine for 2 days but now its not no matter what I do.

on the mobile iphone its working fine, but on the Macbook Pro App its not working.

help please.

Did you purchase a mobile Lightroom subscription from Apple or Google? If so that only works on a mobile device. To use a computer you need a Photography or Lightroom plan from Adobe. These plans work on both mobile devices and computers. Don't purchase separate subscriptions.
