Hello,
After some years decided to ty Adobe Lightroom again (not classic this time), love I idea of all photos / edits been synchnozied through all your devices.
But unfortunatlly I have confusing problem from afirst day. Tried to look for solution for past tree days and tried any available help online but without any luck. Seems like photos from my macbook pro are not been uploaded / synchnonyzed to the cloud and sync cycle will keep rotating. Only blank file will apear in Creative Cloud library and I also can't use Recomended Preset Tab, it says: Something went wrong, we weren't able to complete your request. But I do see images which been synched from other devices.
Suprisingly everything workds perfectly fine on my other devices: "Samsuns s23" mobile Lightroom app and from "Windows PC desktop" on the same home wifi network. No problems with sync.
I gues somethins is wrong with outbound connection to Adobe servers / Cloud.
The bigest suprise when tried to connect macbook to my phones wifi hotspot (on vodafone data) and the Sync / Photo upload started to work properly on Lightroom.
Tried:
- Reinstaling multiple times Adobe Creative Cloud + Lightroom
- AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool
- AdobeLimitedAccessRepairTool.
- Check HOST file manualy no problem there
- Factory restarted Macbook Pro M3 (Erased all content and settings). Did't helped.
- Tried another Internet / WiFI router. Results -> the same.
I'm using:
- Macbook Pro m3 (macOS: 15.0.1 Sequoia)
- Adobe Lightroom 7.5
- TP-Link Deco XE75 Pro Mesh Wi-Fi 6E System
Everything works fine only if I connect Mackbook to my phones mobile data hotspot. So why on my Android phone and windows pc on the same wifi work perfectly fine?
I will be greatfull if someone have any ideas.
Kind regards,
Denis

Wondering if it's the version of MacOS (Sequoia) that you are using. Strictly speaking, the current Lightroom desktop app version 7.5 is only certified up to Sonoma. Perhaps other Sequioa/Lightroom desktop users could comment on this.

Yes, that is the issue. I'm having the same problem with syncing because I upgraded to Sequoia. Which is an absurd in my opinion. Developers have access to beta versions to be able to prepare updates to be released with or even before the MacOS upgrade. Most do, and Adobe should as well, especially because they charge a good chunk of money every month.
