Hello, I have an issue with Lightroom because I can't use the premium account functionalities. I paid for it in February 2025. I just got a new phone. It was working on my old phone but does not work on my new phone. Every time I try to use the functionality, I get a message that says there is a problem come back later. If it is related to a school account, I no longer have access to this account. If this is the case, I would like my subscription to be transferred to an account that I can access or a refund as I can not use a feature that I paid for. Thank you!
