Hello!

I was able to import all my presents from Lightroom Classic, to Lightroom CLOUD.  I did this to use my presets on my mobile devices. Right now I have access to all these presents on my iPhone with no problems, but I am not sure if I can even use them on my iPad Pro.

Apparently my issue is with my iPad Pro. After doing some research, I was not able to find a single video or comments on how to use presents on an ipad specifically.  I see there is a ton of videos on how to use presents on your phone, but not iPad.

I'd like to k now if is even possible.

Your feedback is much appreciated!

Below a screenshot of what the corner of my iPad Lightroom mobile looks like...

Thank you,

Hi Alexc,

Sorry that the user presets are not visible in Lightroom app on your iPad Pro. Could you check if you are able to access the presets on Lightroom web here: Photo Editor | Online Photoshop Lightroom ? Please check that Lightroom on all your connected devices is updated to the latest version.

Also, please check that "Sync" in the Lightroom app on your iPad is enabled. You can check this by uploading n image from your iPhone and see if that syncs through,

Thanks,

Akash
