Lightroom problem with active or inactive the acceleration video

hello I am an Italian photographer (I use a translator because my English is not nice).
I have an imac where I connected a benq sw240 monitor with DisplayPort -  miniDisplayPort cable. The monitor is calibrated with spyder 5 and the monitor software but I have problems with post-production programs. in lightroom, for example. The monitor shows me two completely different colors and for me this must not happen since my work is post production and I must be as precise as possible.

how is it possible?
