Lightroom se cierra solo

Lightroom se cierra solo al iniciarse o se abre y cuando haces click en alguna opcion se tilda y se cierra, el unico "error" por asi decirle que anuncia es la nube llena, pero luego de cerrarse no salta ninguna ventana de error.

Which version of the application are you using? Please share the exact error message or screenshot. How much storage do you have on your system?

 

Ensure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements for running Lightroom. Insufficient system resources, such as low RAM or hard drive space, can contribute to instability and crashes. ahora se cierra cada vez que se abre el programa, no deja trabajar. mi pc esta optimo para trabajar con cualquier programa:

RAM: 64 gigas

PROCESADOR: Ryzen 7 2700X

TARJETA GRÁFICA: GigaByte AMD RADEON RX 6500 XT Ddr6 PCIe 4.0 de 4 Gigas

 

Y es muy incomodo no poder trabajar

 

y se envían errores y horrores desde el programa y nadie contesta
