Lightroom suddenly and constantly not responding Windows 10

I have been using Lightroom with no issues for months and suddenly with no changes to my Windows computer, anything that I do in Lr will cause the program to stop responding for about 10-15 seconds and then it will perform the action I tried and then lock up again, over and over.  I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and my task manager is showing no unusual amount of resources being used.  My computer is 100% capable of running this program so I don't know what (if anything) changed or what steps I should take to resolve the issue.  I tried updating Lightroom today to see if that would help and it did not.

I'll add as well that I just tried to roll back to a previous version of Lr and I am experiencing the same issue.

I am experiencing the same problem lately while editing my photo. This is getting very frustrating! I updated LR as well. Anyone have an answers for this issues.
