Lightroom Synching Issues with App on Mac

I had to wipe my hard drive and reinstall Lightroom CC and now the photos from Creative Cloud won't synch. I have closed, reopened, and restarted my computer several times. When I go to my lightroom account online, it shows all of the photos. What can I do to get the photos to synch on the app on my iMac?
