Lightroom updated and lost presets and photos

My photos and presets are gone.. I updated, couldn't find anything, so I shut it down and restarted. Nothing, so I uninstalled and reinstalled, and it wont let me even add photos to lightroom or anything? Help please.

Sorry that your presets and images are missing from Lightroom. That should now be happening, let us help make this right.

 

Would you mind checking if your images and presets are showing up in Lightroom Web? Link: https://lightroom.adobe.com/

 

Also, which version of Lightroom are you using?
