Hi

 Is the above generally available now please?. No updates are showing under help in Lightroom.All I can see at the moment is content aware not generative ai as advertised.Windows 11. 32gb 1tbssd

Thanks for your reply.Have signed in and out as suggested but no change.No option to update under help in Lightroom as in Photoshop.Only update I can see and have had notifications for is for Photoshop25-9.

The next thing to try is to uninstall LrD via the CCD App and then reinstall via the CCD app and see if the fresh install gives you the latest.

Hi. Could not see any way of updating/reinstalling via CC. When I click on the LR app inmy account it says I have 7-3 but when I ook in system info its stuck at 7-2! Contacted support via live chat. The agent took control of my laptop and deleted CC and then reinstalled it.I hadn't signed out of it at that time. LR still didnt update then.He then after a while said " You don't have permissions" I asked how do I get those.He told me to contact windows support and before I could ask what permissions he disconnected the chat!!! So at the moment app in CC shows I have 7-3 but system info in Lightroom stuck at 7-2!!.Any idea what to do from here please?  @Rikk Flohr: Photography  Thankyou.

The only advise I have is to make sure you have the most up-to-date Creative Cloud App installed and to try again. If support says you don't have permissions, that is a Windows issue and you will need to work through that. I would recommend contacting support again, giving them the case number and escalating the request to Tier 2 support.

@Rikk Flohr: Photography  Pleased to report the issue has now been resolved.Have just completed another chat with Adobe support. This time the agent found that there were 2 versions of Lightroom  one from Adobe and one from Microsoft. They removed the Microsoft version and installed the correct version from CC.This has successfully updated Lightroom to 7-3. Again thankyou for your help.
