Lightroom Web - Schnellaktionen - "Foto wird analysiert" in Dauerschleife

Ich wähle ein Foto aus und klicke auf "Schnellaktionen". Unter den Schnellaktionen steht nun "Foto wird analysiert" und ein sich bewegender blauer Balken zeigt an, das etwas in Arbeit ist. Das hört aber nie auf, auch nach Stunden wird immer noch angezeigt "Foto wird analysiert", der blaue Balken bewegt sich. Das tritt in allen Browsern auf. Was tun?

Hey All! This got fixed a while back. Please check and confirm if the issue still exists with the Quick Actions on Lightroom Web being stuck in Analyzing.

Hello everyone!

I tried to import many lightroom presets today in my web version but they were in a wrong format and since then the presets are not loading on the web version but on phone they do somehow. It always gets stuck on analyzing photo and it just wont load it doesnt matter how long i wait. I tried it from multiple browsers and even from a different pc. it just doesnt stop analyzing the picture and it wont load the presets.

 Does anybody know how to fix it?

i tried to delete the browser cache and tried to delete the files with the wrong format and import the files in the right format but it still doesnt load them.

    Problems arose when using the quick actions feature. Specifically, with new artificial intelligence features, such as selecting certain human traits and so on. After opening a photo, the analysis of the photo begins, the features seem to load, but then immediately disappear. What could be the reason for this?

    Hat es vielleicht mit dem Motiv zu tun? Ich habe es mit einem anderen Foto versucht: einem klassischen Portrait. Da war das Analysieren ganz schnell fertig.
